Thank you for your
interest in our floral design classes. You will be able to download and
print a copy of our registration form to be filled out and returned.
We hope that the following information answers all the questions that you
may have about our classes. However, if you need any other information
please feel free to call us during our normal business hours, 9AM – 6PM
Monday through Saturday. Also enclosed you will find starting dates of our
next classes being offered. Fresh and Silk classes are offered on an
alternating basis with one class starting after the other class ends, with a
week in between for make-up.
Please return the registration form with a $10.00 check or money order to
secure your place in class. Tuition is due in full by the second night of
class. State law does not allow us to offer discounts. You will also find a
map for your convenience.

Ed Pawlak
School History
Ed Pawlak and Sons Florist opened at its original location, 5347 State Rd.,
in 1953. The hard work and determination of Jean and Ed Pawlak paid off in
the years to come as they grew with the city, along with their 5 children
who lived behind the store. The store moved to its present location in 1987
to better facilitate their growing business. Edward G. Pawlak began to offer
classes at the urging of his father, first as seasonal, and later as
permanent year round classes.
Our classes have the advantage of being held in a working shop environment
with room for 24 students, though most class sizes are around 16. From our
experience in the floral business, we can show the student what type of
arrangements most people are making and buying today. Our store does 5 times
the volume of an average flower shop and works with a large variety of
products and supplies.
Whether you’re interested in our classes for personal self-improvement or
are looking for a career change into the floral industry, our classes give
you the experience that is needed to acquire any skill in floral design.
